Bridge-SMS / Guides
What to do when an SMS code does not arrive
Avoid buying several numbers immediately after a missed code. Check the target service, country, number format, and active order status first to identify the most likely cause.
Choose a service and countryA practical checklist
- Confirm that the service selected in your order is the same service where you requested the code, and that it accepts the selected country.
- Check the country code and phone number. Do not enter the dialing code twice if the target form already includes it.
- Review the active order window and message area. A delayed message and an expired order require different actions.
- If the target service permits it, wait an appropriate interval and request one resend. Repeated rapid requests can trigger its restrictions.
- If no message arrives, follow the cancellation time and refund conditions displayed for your order.
Why a number may not work
A third-party service may restrict virtual, VoIP, previously used, or country-specific numbers. Some services deliver codes to an app, email, or a device already signed in. Bridge-SMS cannot change the verification rules of another service.
A rejected number, a delayed SMS, and an expired order are different outcomes. Use the status shown in the order rather than treating every failed code request as a delivered message.
Charges and refunds
For an eligible order that never receives an SMS, a temporarily held amount returns to the account balance after cancellation is confirmed. The displayed order status, waiting time, and service rules determine the final handling. Keep the order ID if you need support.
Live order details and service rules take precedence.
